Thin and ultralight, the Exolite TI's dual layer construction provides thermal retention, blocks wind and wicks moisture.  Excellent for runners. 

Advanced fabric technology teams with innovative design features to deliver optimal heat retention and moisture-wicking performance. The patented behind-the-head™ configuration balances pressure, adjustability and comfort and the internal frame expands and contracts as needed to keep the ear coverings securely in place.  The Exolite Ti has a lining with Dri-Lex® antimicrobial finish.

I've used the Exolite Ti's while walking the dog in cold weather and can vouch for their warmth.  Although, for frigid weather I would switch to the heavier insulated Metro Suede model.
